A start-up co-founded by Mamadou NDIAYE (ESIGELEC class of 2010), iReservos has just been awarded the public prize at Normand’Innov, a business convention that took place on 29 January in Rouen.

iReservos is a web and mobile application enabling customers to make appointments with a wide range of professionals, such as hairdressers, doctors, dentists, etc., via a smartphone, computer or tablet, in just a few clicks and saving them time !

Using a search engine, a customer finds the service-provider of their choice: they just need to look for a speciality (hairdresser, doctor, etc.) or for key words (Brazilian hair straightening, health, travel, etc.) to find all the businesses in their town. They choose the one they want, and will then be able to find a date and time that suits them and make the appointment easily. They will then receive a confirmation e-mail for the appointment, and an e-mail and text message reminder the day before.
The service-provider is informed in real time about the appointment by e-mail as well as on the iReservos professional platform. It is a genuine complete work tool that makes daily life easier for service-providers.
With iReservos, businesses offering services can easily send grouped marketing e-mails to all its customers. The professional can even schedule regular e-mails to be sent out.
To supervise their businesses better, service-providers are also given statistical reports giving them an overview of their activity. 
Last, service-providers can access customer files and appointment schedules from wherever they are on a computer or tablet.  
iReservos helps all service-providers to increase their visibility on the internet: a webpage is created for each business that signs up. Businesses just need to give their customers the website address for them to set up an appointment directly on the page.
To enjoy all the features, iReservos offers packages adapted to the needs of each business as well as a free offer that is limited in time, but unlimited in features. 

The application is free for the customer who make appointments.

The company was set up in July 2014. Today it has 200 businesses signed up and is already generating revenues. 

iReservos has over €70 000 of capital after its first call to outside investors.

In three years’ time, iReservos intends to be the leader in online appointment services and to be doing business abroad, particularly in Europe and South Asia.
